General Manager | Full Time

The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Need To Have:

  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at training, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects high-quality service, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labour management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform business decisions and promote continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Ability to create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.
