Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting a General Manager to lead one of its client’s busy centres in the leisure sector. You will drive financial performance and customer experience across all revenue streams while managing a dynamic team.

You will be responsible for achieving budget and KPI targets, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Nights and weekends work is required.

Qualifications

• 18+ months hands-on General Manager experience in leisure/hospitality/retail.
• Proven track record of delivering top operational standards.
• Evidence of optimizing sales and performance of a business unit.
• Strong coaching, development and progression of teams.

As a General Manager for clients organisation, you will be responsible for running one of their busy centres. You will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers.

You will enjoy the freedom to make a real impact driving the financial and commercial performance of your business, across all four revenue streams (Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf). You will be fully accountable for delivering all areas of your budget and KPIs, driving the profit performance of your centre and have the opportunity to share in the success.

To be successful you should have:

• a minimum of eighteen months experience as a hands-on General Manager ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
