Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a General Manager to run one of our clients' busy leisure centres in Watford. This is a highly autonomous role where you will shape operations, lead a friendly team, and ensure exceptional service for customers.

You will drive financial and commercial performance across Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf, delivering budgets and KPIs. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment awaits the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months hands-on GM experience in leisure/hospitality/retail.
• Relentless focus on delivering top operational standards.
• Proven ability to optimise sales and performance of a business unit.
• Passion for people; coaching and staff development track record.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach with team welfare in mind.
• Resilient, flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

You will be fully accountable for delivering all areas of your budget and KPIs, driving the profit performance of your centre and have the opportunity to share in the success.

To be successful you should have:

• a minimum of eighteen months experience as a hands-on General Manager ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
