Job summary

Inamo Sukoshi Manchester is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our new Manchester site in a high-volume QSR setting. You will oversee day-to-day operations, train and motivate a team, manage stock, and ensure superb guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and cost control, and thorough knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards. Competitive £37.5K salary and 48-hour weeks with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in QSR or high-volume hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management with a hands-on approach.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and compliance.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service and food quality.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and GP targets.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand standards.
• Drive sales performance through upselling, marketing initiatives, and outstanding guest experience.
• Deliver financial targets, including budgeting, forecasting, and labour cost control.
• Report regularly to the Food Hall management and company leadership team.
