Job summary

Maki & Ramen is expanding and seeks a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to launch and lead a new site in Leeds. You will oversee all day-to-day operations, from leading a large team to delivering exceptional guest service and driving strong commercial results.

The role offers a hands-on leadership position with full training, a busy high-volume environment, and a competitive salary of £31,590–£32,760 per year, plus tips and bonus where applicable. 45-50 hours per week.
