You will partner with the owners to build scalable processes, develop a high-performing management team, and shape the next growth phase toward Managing Director.

You will lead the operational function through the Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager, driving excellence in warehouse, distribution and service, with emphasis on cost

• Improve efficiency, service and cost control (OTIF, cost-to-serve).
• Oversee UK logistics and export operations as the business expands.
