DR Newitt has been exclusively engaged to recruit an experienced General Manager for an established, large-scale food manufacturing operation based in the Midlands.

This is a significant leadership appointment within a fast-paced, highly demanding manufacturing environment, offering the opportunity to take ownership of site performance, develop a high-performing leadership team and drive meaningful operational improvements.

We are looking for an accomplished operational leader who combines strong commercial awareness with the ability to inspire people, challenge existing processes and deliver sustainable results.
