Job summary

SSP in the United Kingdom is seeking an inspirational General Manager to lead Starbucks & Pumpkin operations. You will recruit and train teams, drive exceptional customer service, and ensure each unit delivers strong financial performance through coaching and hands-on leadership.

In this role you will shape change plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and uphold safety and compliance across sites. We offer extensive development pathways and a supportive environment within a global food travel

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or fast-paced retail environments.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop staff.
• Strong leadership with a focus on service quality and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train teams to deliver above expectations by developing operational and leadership skills.
• Coach teams to be passionate about products, building the brand and ensuring customers get the right range, quality and service.
• Lead teams to drive trade activity, grow sales and maximise profit.
• Lead and build team knowledge to deliver and sustain Change Plans and resource planning.
• Ensure the units are in line with the guidance provided by internal systems.
• Build strong stakeholder management and trusted relationships with our clients and partners.
• The safety of your colleagues is your top priority, coaching the team to use security tools to provide a safer place to work.
