General Manager - Family Entertainment - High Wycombe

General Manager - Family Entertainment Complex

High Wycombe

£35-38K Basic + 25% Bonus Potential

We have a hugely exciting opportunity for a general manager to manage a market leading family entertainment complex in High Wycombe. We are keen to talk to general manager candidates who have a proven and successful track record in running a large multipurpose health and fitness, children's activity or family entertainment centre.

The role will be multi‑functional, fast paced and hands‑on with a key focus on meeting and exceeding turnover targets while ensuring your team delivers excellent customer service, health and safety and operational excellence across the trampoline park. You will need to be commercially astute to deliver the highest levels of occupancy and yield across a varied programme of activities including children’s parties, fitness classes, corporate bookings and running a busy onsite café and retail outlet.

As general manager you will be responsible for managing a large team of full and part‑time staff including multiple heads of departments, monitors, receptionists, café staff and cleaners who will need ongoing coaching and mentoring to deliver a great experience for the thousands of customers who will visit the park each month.

You will be the type of manager who enjoys leading from the front and engaging with members of the public, being inclusive and supportive in your approach to managing team members, and having the personality to instill a fun and vibrant environment in this exciting and fast‑paced business where effective programming and rota management are paramount. You will be expected to work closely with local corporate businesses, schools and community partners to ensure that the complex is marketed and promoted well within the local area using a mix of digital, print and awareness campaigns where you will receive extensive support from the Head Office.

We are looking to offer the successful candidate a basic salary of between £35–38k, dependent on experience, with the genuine opportunity to earn up to 25% of the basic salary in performance‑related bonuses. You will be expected to work a minimum of 3 weekends in 4.

Due to the high level of interest in these types of positions, only those candidates meeting the above criteria will be contacted.
