Job summary

The Talent Edit Group is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to step into the General Manager seat for a premium beauty brand in London. You will own the full commercial performance, with ecommerce and digital marketing as the engine room.

Lead digital strategy, UX, stock flow and online operations; set ambitious sales, margins and profitability targets across clinic, ecommerce and distribution. Report to the Board with clear commercial insight, protect the brand across all touchpoints, and

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital marketing for premium brands.
• Proven track record in ecommerce and multichannel commerce.
• Strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of business performance as General Manager with ecommerce and digital marketing.
• Own ecommerce performance in detail: conversion, AOV, retention, fulfilment.
• Lead digital marketing strategy, UX, stock flow and online operations.
• Set and deliver sales, margin and profitability targets across clinics, ecommerce and distribution.
• Use data and performance metrics to guide commercial decisions across channels.
• Steer B2B distribution, including supply chain and logistics.
• Take full P&L ownership including budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Build and lead a high-performing management team with clear accountability.
• Report to the Board with commercial clarity and digital insight.
• Protect the brand across online and physical touchpoints.
