Black Sheep Coffee is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations with a focus on sales, service, and quality. The role commands 45 contracted hours per week, full-time, with a pay package up to £38,000 per annum plus a quarterly bonus of up to 25% based on performance.

You’ll drive customer experience, manage a fast-paced team, and ensure smooth cash handling and stock management while upholding brand standards across shifts.

Qualificações

• Previous management experience within coffee or food service industry.
• Flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Make amazing coffee and products - dial in the perfect espresso, pour eye-catching latte art, and serve quality food and drinks every time.
• Deliver unforgettable customer service - provide a friendly, genuine customer experience and handle complaints professionally.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment - work with speed and efficiency during peak periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Manage compliant cash-up and bank drops - follow all cash-handling, safety, and security procedures.
• Be a true team player - train new team and communicate clearly during every shift.
• Keep service running smoothly and drive sales – place and receive stock orders and manage KPIs.
• Lead by example - motivate and train the team on behavioural standards and policies.
