Job summary

Nando's is seeking a General Manager for the Bury restaurant to lead a high‑performing team and drive results. You will own the restaurant culture, optimise operations and guest experience, and motivate staff to meet targets daily.

As Patrao, you will manage shifts, uphold brand standards and coach your team for growth, while delivering consistent PERi-PERi service and a welcoming environment for guests.
