We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded operator to take the helm of this established hotel and hospitality business. Ideally, you'll have a proven track record of growing sales, increasing hotel room occupancy, and driving profitability across multiple revenue streams.
The site features a welcoming hotel bar and dining area centred around an attractive central bar, creating a vibrant atmosphere for both local visitors and overnight guests. With estimated weekly gross sales of £13,000 and a balanced sales mix of 30% wet, 40% food and 30% rooms, this is a well-rounded business with multiple opportunities to grow revenue.
