We're looking for a General Manager for The Lobster Pot. Salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

We're looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead The Lobster Pot, one of our high-volume, food-led destination pubs in Bridlington. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven hospitality leader with experience managing large teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving strong commercial results. Experience operating a seasonal business is essential, while hotel or accommodation experience would be a real advantage. You'll be a strong people manager, capable of leading in a structured way, developing talent and maintaining high standards across every aspect of the business.

Situated on the outskirts of Bridlington, close to local caravan parks, a golf club and a large residential community, The Lobster Pot benefits from a thriving tourist trade alongside a loyal local following. Operating within our Adult Dining segment, the pub delivers around 850 covers per week and £36,000 in weekly sales, alongside a 27-bedroom lodge accommodation offering. With a bar area, call-order dining space and large table-service restaurant, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious General Manager to take the helm of a well-established business and build on its continued success with Marston's.
