Located in the heart of Ecclesall Road, one of Sheffield's most vibrant and affluent social destinations, this is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a thriving bar and restaurant business with plenty of untapped potential.
Generating average weekly turnover of around £20,000, rising to £35,000 during peak summer periods, the site benefits from a diverse mix of income streams across food, drinks, events and private hire. The food offer is supported by over 295 covers across the restaurant, bar and stunning outdoor garden areas, making it a fantastic destination for social occasions and casual dining.
A real standout feature of the business is its private events offering, including a unique secret bar, exclusive private hire space and separate boardroom facilities. Private hire has seen significant growth this year, with further opportunity for the right operator to develop this area and build on its success.
We're looking for an experienced bar and restaurant operator who can create memorable customer experiences while building strong relationships with local businesses and the surrounding community. The ideal partner will be commercially minded, passionate about hospitality and comfortable driving both food and wet sales within a current 75/25 wet-led split.
