Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our Pizza Hut restaurants. You will be responsible for people, product, and profit within your four walls, driving excellence in operations and guest satisfaction.

You will recruit, train, and develop the restaurant team, build schedules, and conduct performance evaluations while managing labor, food cost, and inventory to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• QSR experience preferred and encouraged for applicants.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Candidates should be a people-first leader with accountability and coaching skills.

About The Role

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead one of our Pizza Hut restaurants. As the RGM, you are responsible for everything that happens within your four walls — people, product, and profit.

Restaurant Operations

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute all company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed of service and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and restaurant security procedures.
• Step into operational roles as needed, including pizza preparation and shift coverage.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders.
• Build schedules that balance guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and corrective actions.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and succession planning.

Financial Management

• Review and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements regularly.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, and controllable expenses.
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
