Situated in the vibrant City Centre of York, Flares is the ultimate late-night venue, blending the excitement of a modern party spot with the charm of one of the UK’s most historic cities. York, with its rich heritage, cobbled streets, and iconic landmarks, is a city that attracts both tourists and a lively local student population, making it the perfect location for an unforgettable night out.

As a student-heavy venue, Flares is particularly popular among the local student community, who return for our exciting events, including LGBTQ+ nights, Rock and Indie-themed parties, and a variety of other exciting events. Tourists visiting the city also flock to us for a taste of the fun and inclusive party scene that York is famous for.

Are you an enthusiastic, dynamic General Manager who brings boundless energy and a sales-driven mentality to the table. We are looking for a General Manager who will be the heartbeat of the venue, leading by example and ensuring every shift is packed with excitement. With a strong background in driving sales, you’ll be a natural at boosting revenue and implementing creative promotions that keep our customers coming back for more.
