Premium Country Pubs, part of Mitchells & Butler plc, is seeking a General Manager to lead a district of sites attached to a hotel, build a business to be proud of, grow the team and hit ambitious targets.

You’ll drive exceptional guest experiences, oversee premium food and drink, and work across multiple brands within the Innkeepers Collection, including a 23-room hotel following a remodel.

This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 20 room hotel attached to be 23 post remodel , and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
