Vintage Inns, part of Mitchells & Butler, is seeking a General Manager to build a successful pub operation, grow the team and smash targets. You’ll be the host to guests, delivering memorable moments in a welcoming rural setting.

Lead and inspire your team to deliver operational excellence, maximise sales, manage food and drink quality, and drive business results while fostering an inclusive, engaging culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pub/restaurant teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
