The Westleton Crown in East Anglia is seeking a General Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, delivering exceptional service while meeting financial goals. You will collaborate with the Head Chef, oversee guest experiences, and recruit and develop a high-performing team.

• Cultivate a positive, motivated work environment for all staff members.
• Regularly report to the Operations Manager on progress and performance.
