Job summary

Inamo Sukoshi in Manchester is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and operate our exciting new opening. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, train and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service and quality, manage stock and costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards.

You will drive sales through upselling and marketing, deliver budgeting and forecasting targets, and report to management. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in QSR or high-volume hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and compliance.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organisational and communication skills.

General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant Manchester

Alongside our tech-led restaurants, we also operate five
inamo sukoshi (meaning “little inamo”) locations in Central London, Manchester,
and Sheffield.

Inamo sukoshi brings knockout sushi and fusion street food,
inspired by flavours across Asia, to food hall-style venues. Guests can enjoy
some of our award-winning dishes from the main restaurants — including our
signature Dragon Rolls, Korean BBQ Ribs, and new Chicken Katsu Curry — all
served with the speed and flair of a QSR concept.

We’re now seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and
operate our exciting new opening in Manchester.
