About the pub
The Grayling is a food‑driven, seasonal pub located in the heart of the seaside town of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. The pub is currently delivering weekly sales of £22,000 split 75/25 (food‑led) with trade peaking in the busy summer months.
Located on a retail park and near a large supermarket, the pub has great footfall to tap into.
