Job summary

Marston’s PLC in the North East is seeking a Designate General Manager to oversee our pubs from Ashington to Whitby. You’ll travel between sites, drive guest experiences, sales and reputation, and be accountable for running all pub operations. Flexibility and leadership are essential.

Salary is up to £40,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package, including on-site accommodation where available, award-winning training, and a people‑led culture that rewards initiative and customer focus.

Job description

We're looking for a Designate General Manager for our pubs in and around the North East area. Salary up to 40K plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible General Manager to gain insight into Marston's. Thisrole will require flexible working and will involve travel around ourpubs in the North East area from Ashington to Whitby and anywhere in betweenarea as required. We are looking for an experienced operator with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a track record of driving sales and reputation.
