Job summary

Golf Fang Sheffield is seeking a General Manager to oversee a high-volume entertainment venue in the UK. You will drive guest experience, lead a dynamic team, and manage daily operations, budgets and compliance across licensing, health and safety, and payroll.

Successful candidates will have GM experience, strong administration and budgeting skills, and a proven ability to lead customer-focused teams in multi-site settings. Training on brand values and service standards will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in a high-volume venue.
• Strong administrative skills and budget handling.
• Proven ability to lead a customer-focused team.
• Experience with payroll, revenue and forecasting.
• Solid knowledge of compliance, health and safety, and licensing laws.
• Personal Licence holder (England & Wales/Scotland).

About the role

As General Manageryou will be responsible for all areas of the business to ensure the success of our high-volume operation showcasing your skills and knowledge to ensure a memorable guest experience delivered by a motivated and skilled team. With the ability to manage and overcome challenges as they arise in daily operations you will need to be highly adaptable and team player! We want to make sure our team members and guests have aSicker Than Yo Averagetime in our venues, so being responsible for all aspects of the business to ensure the experience is safe, fun and well organised will be key to success!

Essential

• General Manager experience in a large busy venue
• Strong administrative skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead a customer focussed team to deliver high standards
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
• Strong communication and engagement skills
• Solid knowledge of compliance, health and safety and licensing laws
• England and Wales/Scottish Personal Licence

Desired

• Experience in a multi-site unit, managing multiple locations within a complex
• Food safety and hygiene qualifications
• Health and Safety accreditation

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
