Job summary

Golf Fang Birmingham is seeking a Floor Server to ensure guests have the best possible experience. You’ll greet and seat customers, take drinks orders and deliver beverages across the course, keeping guests comfortable and happy throughout their visit.

We value customer service, clear communication and strong organisation. Training on brand standards will be provided, with opportunities for growth within a lively, high-energy environment.

About the role

As a Floor Server at Golf Fang, it is your role to ensure that our guests have the best experience! Making sure that they are comfortable and happy throughout their visit, serving drinks on the course so they can enjoy making their way around without going to the bar!

Essential

• Customer service experience
• Effective communicator
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders

Desired

• Previous experience in hosting or serving
• Basic knowledge of bar products
• Cash and payment card handling experience

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
