Job summary

The Up In Arms in Oxford is seeking a proactive General Manager to own the pub's performance and guest experience. You’ll lead daily operations, manage the team, and ensure the venue delivers consistent quality and memorable moments for every guest.

As GM you’ll drive sales, control costs, and build strong relationships with regulars and the local community while championing high standards, staff development, and a welcoming, safe environment.

The Role

We’re neighbourhood pubs built around community—and the General Manager sits right at the heart of that.

As GM of The Up In Arms, you’ll take full ownership of your pub as if it were your own. You’ll be accountable for its success, driving performance while inspiring your team to create an unforgettable experience for every guest.
