Job description

At Marshall Hyundai Maidstone, we're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic General Manager to join our leadership team. You'll play a pivotal role in the success of our store, ensuring high performance, driving profitability, and fostering an outstanding colleague and customer culture.

In this role:

• You'll have full accountability for the performance of the store, overseeing both the Sales and Aftersales departments.
• You will lead, motivate, and develop your management teams, supporting them to meet and exceed financial, operational, and customer satisfaction targets.
• You will work closely with your Franchise Director, in ensuring that every part of the business is aligned with group objectives, manufacturer expectations, and industry compliance.
• You'll also take the lead on local marketing, commercial growth strategy, and staff development across the site.

• Someone with previous General Manager experience and a solid understanding of dealership operations.
• Someone commercially astute, who can drive business performance through effective planning, leadership, and people development.
