About Us:

Alley Cat's Pizzeria is a vibrant and bustling pizzeria
known for its delicious New York style pizzas and energetic atmosphere.

Position Overview:

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the
successful ongoing operations of our restaurants, with the exciting opportunity
to move to a new opening location after a couple months of training. We're
looking for someone with previous experience in new restaurant openings and a
strong background in Italian cuisine to ensure our new location meets the high
standards set by our original venue. You will be responsible for overseeing all
aspects of the restaurant, from front-of-house operations to staff recruitment
and training, while reporting directly to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead
  the pre-opening preparations, including hiring and training staff, setting
  up systems and procedures, and ensuring the restaurant is ready for a
  successful launch
• Work
  closely with the Regional Manager to develop and implement strategies to
  meet sales targets and operational goals
• Manage
  day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and
  quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Provide
  hands-on leadership and support to front-of-house staff, fostering a
  positive and collaborative work environment
• Uphold
  Alley Cat's Pizzeria's standards of food quality, presentation, and
  customer service at all times
• Monitor
  and analyse financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and
  implement corrective actions as needed
• Build
  and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local
  community to drive business growth and brand loyalty

Requirements:

• Previous
  experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry, with a proven
  track record of success in new restaurant openings
• Strong
  knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine, including experience working
  with pizza
• Excellent
  leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and
  motivate a team
• Detail-oriented
  with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability
  to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and remain calm under
  stress
• Flexibility
  to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must
  have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as required
