ONE LDN is hiring a General Manager to lead our flagship site in Imperial Wharf, Fulham. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the club’s financial, operational, and commercial performance.

We’re a profitable, performance-led gym brand with a strong community, backed by a strategic partnership with Nike. As we gear up to scale to 10 sites over the next five years, this role offers a rare opportunity to grow into a regional leadership position and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.

This role is for someone who:

– Wants to grow with the company and lead from the front

– Has strong commercial and operational experience (P&L, budgeting, cost control, revenue strategy)

– Can manage a large team, contractors, and key service partners

– Is confident overseeing daily operations, facility standards, and member experience

– Thrives in high-performance, fast-moving environments

– Brings an entrepreneurial mindset, drive, and initiative
