This is an exciting opportunity to work with a smaller pub company with 15 sites across the SE of England, currently operating in the City of London. The unit turnover ranges from £18,000 to £28,000 weekly. The business is drinks-led, with a 70/30 split. The company offers many perks and development opportunities into larger sites within the group.

The General Manager Role:

  • Assist with running the entire venue, reporting to the Operations Director
  • Support all front and back of house systems
  • Work in a restaurant-led environment; food experience is required
  • Be hands-on with all aspects of the business
  • Assist in developing and motivating a large team
  • Liaise with the operations team to build sales and develop the business
