What You Will Be Doing

Your career with EMR begins by managing employees across the operation, providing opportunities to learn from various levels within the business.

You will lead our established operational teams, taking responsibility for the entire depot. Your industry management experience will help you exceed targets, improve operations continuously, and maximize team and technology utilization.

Your passion for customer service is essential, ensuring customer satisfaction remains central to our operations.

Your experience with continuous improvement methodologies will drive you to adapt practices at EMR, always striving for excellence.

Initially, you will oversee your chosen site, with opportunities for growth aligned with EMR’s goal to achieve net zero emissions by 2040.

About You

Industry knowledge or experience is not required. Your management background in operational and commercial settings, with a proven track record of achievement, is key.

You must hold a valid UK Driving License.
