This open-plan carvery features a central L-shaped bar, a spacious beer garden, and children's play area. Located near an industrial estate and residential areas, it benefits from high passing trade and growth potential. Currently trading around £50,000 weekly, with room for expansion through evening and midweek activities.

Candidate Profile

We seek a dynamic, guest-focused operator with management experience in a similar-sized venue. Knowledge of the local area is advantageous but not essential. Accommodation is provided for three bedrooms.
