Job summary

Medirest, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a Costa Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume site. You will oversee service, ensure smooth beverage production, and uphold a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

You will motivate the team, manage weekly tasks, and act as the main decision-maker in the General Manager's absence, maintaining safety and reliability to deliver outstanding coffee experiences.

Costa Manager

40 hours a week

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and dedicated Manager to join our team. Overseeing daily operations, to ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major brand, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional coffee experiences.
