Compass Group UK&I in Milton Keynes is seeking a Costa Manager to lead a busy Costa store, overseeing daily operations and guiding the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to act decisively as the main point of contact for staff and customers.

The ideal candidate will take initiative, work well under pressure, and demonstrate reliability and a safety-first mindset while ensuring supplier and brand

Costa Manager - 40 hours a week

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and dedicated Manager to join our team, with the exciting opportunity to step up and lead in Retail store.

Overseeing daily operations, to ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major brand, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional coffee experiences.

As a Costa Manager, Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
