Compass Group UK&I is hiring a Costa Manager in Milton Keynes. You will lead a Costa Coffee store, overseeing daily operations and staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and experience.

Costa Manager - 40 hours a week

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and dedicated Manager to join our team, with the exciting opportunity to step up and lead in Retail store .

Overseeing daily operations, to ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major brand, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional coffee experiences.

As a Costa Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of business goals.
• To ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production
• To delegate where necessary and ensure the team are pro-active at all times
• Act as the main point of contact and decision-maker.
• Be pro-active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise
