As a Lounge manager, you'll be the brilliant leader responsible for delivering 14 great shifts, taking full ownership to make your Lounge an exceptional place to work and a vibrant community hub. What You Bring

• Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant Manager in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment with food and drink preparation
• Ability to manage through KPIs, considering labour, stock, food safety, customer satisfaction, and brand standards within budget
• Successful track record in training and recruiting front-of-house teams, including servers and assistant managers
• Preferably some back-of-house experience, understanding kitchen operations and team dynamics
