Your new role

The role will be part of a highly skilled team of Business Travel Consultants working from home. You will be joining us as a Business Travel expert with strong knowledge and experience of Galileo, booking Domestic & International travel, and arranging both routine and complex travel for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations.

What you need to succeed

You must be a clear and confident communicator, capable of dealing with people at all levels. You need excellent organization and time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to own and manage your workload, with previous Business Travel Consultant experience and working knowledge of airline, rail fares, and ticketing.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Booking and managing complex travel itineraries using GDS systems such as Galileo.
• Providing tailored travel solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and convenience.
• Handling client inquiries, offering advice, and resolving travel issues swiftly.
• Updating knowledge of fare structures, regulations, and destination info.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborating with team members to share best practices.

Multiple shift opportunities are available, including full and part-time roles.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Travel Consultant at a TMC.
• Strong knowledge of Galileo GDS system.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.
