Location: Hertford

Hybrid: Mon, Tues & Fri in-office

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + Bonus

A fast-scaling, digitally native consumer brand is seeking a General Manager to run day to day operations, manage cross-functional teams, and drive seamless execution. This is a pivotal role for someone who can keep the business running like a well oiled machine, calm under pressure, big on accountability, and relentless about results!

This isn't a CEO or MD position, our founders define the strategy. What we need is a master executor to bring it to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Run day-to-day operations - Oversee teams and projects across the UK and international partners.

• Act as the founders’ right hand - Ensure alignment with business plans and keep leadership informed.

• Drive projects to completion - Unblock bottlenecks, manage timelines, and deliver high-impact outcomes.

• Lead meetings - Keep teams focused, accountable, and high-performing.

• Own business admin - Oversee compliance, insurance, and operational processes.

• Champion company culture - Partner with People/HR to maintain a collaborative, high-energy environment.

• Lead by example - Set the tone for professionalism, urgency, and standards across the business.
