About the Role

This live-in role offers a Three-bedroom home in this stunning location, providing a perfect blend of work and living in a beautiful setting.

Who We Are Looking For

If you are an experienced General Manager with a proven track record in high-volume, premium pub environments, this could be your chance to step into a high-profile role with St Austell Brewery and make your mark at one of our most iconic sites.

About You
  • You lead the front of the business, guiding a passionate team to deliver delightful experiences.
  • You champion the spirit and values of St Austell Brewery, inspiring those around you and setting a positive example.
  • You monitor your team’s performance closely, providing praise, constructive feedback, and nurturing talent.
  • You oversee all aspects of finance and administrative procedures with attention to detail.
  • You establish strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Your extensive experience enables you to recognize when team members need support and to assist accordingly.
  • You are a natural leader, communicating effectively and delegating to achieve and surpass targets.
