At Honi Poke, our General Managers are the heart of the shop, energising the team, delighting our guests, and ensuring we serve fresh, feel-good food every day.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Build a profit plan that keeps People, Hospitality, and Quality front and centre.
2. Manage controllable costs like labour and waste to hit targets.
3. Use KPIs to drive shop performance through regular review and team development.
4. Work closely with your Area Manager to continuously improve performance.
5. Oversee stock control and inventory management to ensure availability and minimise waste.
