Job summary

Hedgehog, part of the Vintage Inns collection, seeks a General Manager to lead a hospitality operation that includes a 9-room attached hotel. You’ll build a strong team, drive service excellence and deliver moments that keep guests coming back for more.

You’ll train and inspire staff to maximise sales, oversee food and drink, and ensure guests feel welcome as the host to life’s memorable moments, while delivering operational excellence across the site.

Job description

Atthe Hedgehog we recognise a good General Manager is key to our success. You’ll build a business to be proud of, help to grow your team and smash targets. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 9 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
