Job Title: General Manager - Manor Farm - Beefeater - Gillingham

Salary: £43,000 - £49,500

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, our General Managers play a pivotal role in the success of the business. It’s about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new team members.
2. Inspiring, developing, and leading management and team members to ensure great retention.
3. Maximising revenue through sales analysis and forecasting.
4. Managing controllable costs and site P&L.
5. Supporting long-term business goals with the Regional Operations Manager.
6. Driving high performance through regular one-on-one meetings.
7. Ensuring attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
8. Demonstrating passion for the brand and ensuring team knowledge and confidence in delivering values.
9. Meeting health and safety standards.
10. Focusing on achieving high guest satisfaction scores.

We will equip you with tools to manage labour and cost margins, and it’s up to you to drive sales, revenue, and leverage guest feedback to maximise opportunities. As an innovative business, you'll champion change and lead its implementation.
