Salary: £43,000 - £49,500

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the General Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of the business. The role involves creating a winning team and delivering exceptional service to guests.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new team members.
2. Inspiring, developing, and leading management and staff to ensure high retention.
3. Maximising revenue through sales analysis and forecasting.
4. Managing controllable costs and site P&L effectively.
5. Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals.
6. Driving high performance through regular one-to-one meetings.
7. Maintaining attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
8. Demonstrating passion for the brand and ensuring the team embodies its values.
9. Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
10. Focusing on high guest satisfaction and feedback.
11. Managing labour and cost margins, and proactively driving sales and revenue.
12. Championing change and implementing innovations within the team.
