We're looking for a General Manager for a Community food pub in Fakenham. Salary £40-43k- plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Summerhouse in Weston Super Mare and lead the team to success!

About the pub

The Running horse is a looking for a new general manager! This is a fantastic community food pub in Fakenham located towards the North Norfolk coast. The pub has a large bar and the pub is well set up for drinking and dining , there are two great children’s areas and plenty of space with 150 covers inside , well set up for the warm weather with room for 180 outside on the patios .

The Running Horse is currently averaging sales of 23k a week with a 70/30 dry to wet sales mix. We are looking for an experienced community focussed operator with experience of community engagement and sales driving.
