  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments, aligning operations with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, including owners, managers, employees, clients, and neighbors.
Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Hotel Manager; AGMs of large hotels in key cities may be considered.
  • Proven track record of driving top-line revenue and motivating teams to do the same.
