We’re looking for a General Manager for the Red Lion in Histon – a beloved community pub that’s famous for real ales, warm welcomes and well-sized beer garden. Summers are all about soaking up the sun in the beer garden, complete with outside bar and Pizza Kitchen, and then in the Winter it’s about cosy pints of bitter by the fireside. The pub also comes with 4 double rooms for overnight guests.

The food offer is all about traditional pub grub elevated – think homemade proper pies using fresh seasonal ingredients and stunning Sunday Roasts. We’re looking at working towards an all-day offering for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The perfect candidate is a community focused General Manager who makes every guest feel like they are a regular, and is happy being the face of this gorgeous pub – which has won multiple awards for its cask ale offering.
