A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom seeks an operational leader to oversee services within agreed budgets and maintain clinical quality. This senior role requires travel across multiple sites and involves significant leadership responsibilities. Reporting to the DDO, the postholder will provide operational leadership for the directorate's services, ensuring delivery within agreed budgets, activity levels, and standards of clinical quality. This senior role supports the DD and DDO across all sites where divisional services operate, with a primary base at one site but requiring travel for visibility across the division. The postholder holds delegated responsibility for operational management, implementing national and local strategies, and achieving service objectives within available resources.
You must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom or meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route. Applicants who require visa sponsorship will be considered alongside all other applications.
