General Manager: GBP 70k + package | Soft FM | Greater London

We are recruiting for a great General Manager role with a national catering and soft FM provider within healthcare. This is a critical position requiring an outstanding leader to oversee the soft FM offerings.

About The Position

The role involves leading and developing a circa GBP 5 million healthcare contract, overseeing all soft FM elements including catering, cleaning, retail, security, portering, and pest control services. The team comprises approximately 200 staff across all service streams. This client-focused role demands a strong General Manager with a hands-on approach who leads from the front. Experience in a soft FM environment, ideally within healthcare/NHS, is highly desirable.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong operational understanding within senior soft FM roles, including cleaning and catering.
• Experience operating at a senior level within the FM market; this is not suitable for a first-time operator.
• Analytical mindset, with a good head for numbers and a track record of exceeding client expectations and meeting stringent KPIs.
• Motivational leadership skills and excellent client relationship management.
