Join us as a General Manager - Chase Farm Hospital at Compass Group UK & Ireland

We are a leading provider of healthcare support services, committed to excellence in hospital operations. We seek a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee multiple essential services across three hospital and community sites, with managers reporting directly to you. This role is vital in maintaining high standards in cleaning, catering, retail, security, portering, and pest control services.

This position involves working four days at one site and one day per week at another, with a community site managed by a team reporting to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing cleaning, catering, retail, portering, pest, and security services.
• Ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all sites.
• Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Managing budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships effectively.
• Leading and motivating diverse teams to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Liaising with hospital management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to align services with hospital needs.
