We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Social Housing planned works and capital investment programmes in Coatbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused and people-centred leader to oversee the delivery of kitchens, bathrooms and wider planned works programmes, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational excellence and financial performance.
Reporting within a well-established operation, you will provide leadership to a sizeable team, build strong client relationships and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and business objectives. You will play a key role in driving performance, embedding a positive team culture and ensuring customers remain at the heart of service delivery.
As General Manager, you will take operational responsibility for local Social Housing contracts, ensuring the business operates on sound operational and commercial principles. You will lead contract performance, develop client relationships, manage resources effectively and ensure delivery against agreed financial and operational targets.
